2. Please do not make multiple reservations. Please complete the reservation as soon as possible before January 13 (room arrangement cannot be guaranteed after the deadline, subject to hotel room availability), if there is any change or cancellation, please inform the hotel manager one week in advance. Hotel fees will be collected and invoiced directly by the hotel.
